We've had a reoccurring leak in our flat roof for the past year. We met with a few roofing companies who all tried to convince us to replace our entire roof, instead of helping us with a sectional repair. After meeting with several roofing companies we hired Timeless Construction immediately after our walk through estimate with Noel. Not only was he super friendly, he took the time to explain what he would do, what materials he would use, and broke down each step he'd take during the repair. We received a quote on the spot (not something we got fromother companies) and they didn't pressure us to do more work than we wanted to do. Noels crew showed up on time, and he kept us involved in the repair every step of the way. After the demolition, he brought me up on the roof to show exactly what the problem was and went over how they were going to fix it. He went out of their way to seal the exposed roof during the night between the demolition and repair day after I expressed concerns of animals getting in the exposed crawl space. He even sentsomeone out later that night to make the covering water tight because they were monitoring the weather and saw there was a slight chance of rain in our area. He made us feel like he really cared about our house and they did a fantastic job. I really hope we don't have to call him again any time soon, but if we do, at least I know we're in good hands. I was looking for a new roof  and got 5 quotes.  OK, I went with the lowest  price - Timeless (Noel) was the best - beat  the others by 33%.  I hesitated, not wanting sacrifice quality, but the wallet one.   They  did a great job with a large/efficient crew.  Had  a  minor complaint about a cable that was down -  thought I'd need to call the cable  company - to my surprise Noel sent a crew out fix it!    Great  customer service/quality. Got 2 projects done. First project was to do with Fascia board replacement with painting   Very well done.  Second project was to add an electrical outlet and extending copper line at the garage, so that the Electronic water conditioner/ descaler that I bought from Costco could be installed. Ed and his crew are amazing, they did plumbing, tiles, and sprinkler system on our building, this guys are so great They told me start date and finish and that's what happened very clean and neat job from beginning to end Ed explained everything that they were doing any time we needed to contact them always there, I would highly recommend this company 100% definitely the company you want for any construction they are coming back to do our bathroom so Happy to find them.Thank you Ed and your crew.

Sam, Ed and crew replaced a side fence for us.  They did an outstanding job.  They are prompt and reliable which is so important when it comes to choosing a contractor.  Great and fair pricing as well.  Most importantly, my wife was thrilled with how the fence looks.  We will definitely be using the guys for all of our home projects moving forward.  Couldn't recommend enough. they first come to see the jobwas just finishing plumbing after the rough plumbing was inspect and passed city inspection. i called this E D plumbing to do final toilet and vanity and shower head installing simple job any handyman can do ,but because my project with city permit i preferred to call licensed plumber then the agent said i have to come back with my boss for the pricing again other time and day set up .they come back with their boss or better to say with MR negatives problemshe made it a big deal huge problems to give way high pricing .one of the problems Mr. drama the boss referred was he said i have to give way high price because if we connect the hot water in the place of cold water means your previous plumber made mistakehahahaa when he said this I told him Please just leave my homethank you for wasting my time 2 days 2 separate appointments two group of people for simple jobI do not need you to give me a pricing .this is not my first bathroom remodeling .I have done remodeling on three other bathroomnever got such a drama negative plumbing company you are very negative making big huge problems a head of timeand you wanna me to pay for problems even if not exist ?just gothe funny thing is i told him,if there will no problems with my passed inspection plumbing and everything went smooth are you going to adjustyour way high pricing to the correct price he SAID :NO because you will sign contract with ushahahaaa he thinks can take advantage of peopleI kicked him out of my home More...
