Immigration Attorneys

I had a very good conversation with her

18 December 2024

Ms. Batista and her Visa Clinic is like a encyclopedia base of knowledge. During my initial consultation, she arrived extremely well prepared and researched on my topic of dual citizenship. I was thoroughly impressed with the delivery of the legal information she provided which was informative and very well articulated. I immediately retained her services, and her follow up has been impeccable since starting on my case. Ms. Batista has been reliable and readily available whenever I have urgent answers. The personal attention Ms. Batista has provided is challenging to find these days with the layers of legal personnel in between. Thank you! More...

Q&As

What I love most about my job is the ability to empower others in their immigration journey as their principal legal advocate and advisor.
As the founder and owner of my own practice, I appreciate the challenge and opportunity to lead others in the right direction because trials teach us who we are and what we are made of.

I founded the The Visa Clinic because I set out to build an immigration practice where people come first not profit. I am driven by the belief that every talent counts and must be enabled to uplift oneself and the nation. To fully realize my vision, I had to essentially become the type of entrepreneur I believed in, to uplift not just myself, and my family but many others through my trade.

I have strategically secure visas for talented individuals from world-renowned scientists and entrepreneurs to Olympic Medalists, Artists and Michelin Star Chefs, including humanitarian refugees.

Yes, our office provides services online or remotely, and all consultations are by appointment only. For us to provide the best service, we only accept invitations to connect that come directly from people or immediate relatives who actually need immigration assistance, not friends or acquaintances. Invitations to connect must contain complete information including a name , phone number, email, and the type of service needed if known.

I can provide visa, green card and other immigration benefit application services remotely.
