I'm an event DJ and this place was wonderful. This is from my view as a service provider. The staff were friendly to me and were very accommodating. I asked where I needed to set up and they passed on all of the information I needed. The manager said "There are several outlets behind the DJ ooth, will that be enough?". Most venues don't ask, and there were plenty of outlets. I had the pleasure of meeting the Venue owners and manager, all of whom were very friendly. The manager took me to a room where I could get the minister mic'ed. One of the owners was there to close, he was understanding when it took about ten minutes longer than expected to tear down. I highly recommend this beautiful establishment to anyone looking for a quality venue. If you're a service provider, I hope you also have the privilege of working with the wonderful people at The Villiage. More...

We held a homeschool prom at The Village. Morgan was AWESOME ! She worked with us in opening the doors earlier so that we could have more time for decorating. She was also available that whole day and night for questions or issues we might have with the facility, such as the sound system. And to top it all off, she went ABOVE and BEYOND to CREATE a slideshow with pictures that families had emailed her, so that we could have this playing in the background of our prom. We felt very satisfied with the cost, the service, and the facility has it all!! We would absolutely reserve this venue for a future dance! The owners have really done a great job in transforming the property and making it a great community asset for a variety of different events! More...

The Village was so wonderful to work with and so easy to get our reception taken care of. We had lost a loved one and needed a place to safely distance and bring our own food since the churches aren't allowed to have crowds. Morgan was so sweet and so flexible to work with and made the whole process a breeze. Everyone loved the space, it's beautiful and a great venue to hold any type of gathering! Thank you Thank you! Ryan and Allisa are awesome hosts! By the end of the night, I considered them as family, and still do! They have worked their butts off to make this venue what it is, and more vision and clarity than anyone I’ve met. .... anyone saying that they have had any issues obviously did not appreciate everything they are willing to do, and expect more than they should..... Allisa, Morgan, Ryan, you guys rock!!!!!!! More...

We have had a few events at The Village. A wedding in December 2019, the venue was perfect. A small college graduation get together in December 2019, everything was perfect. We also had a Bridal Shower in May 2020. The bar services were superb and all of the other amenities exceeded our expectations. More...

We had to reschedule our wedding reception due to the COVID-19 and the staff and owner were so accommodating! It is a beautiful venue and has every amenity available, including a beautiful, fully furnished, Bridal Suite! Highly recommend for any event!

Our wedding date was supposed to be October 17th, 2020. I emailed The Village on July 20th to let them know that we would like to postpone and asked what our options were. Basically we were told postponing wasn’t an option. We signed a contract in August 2019 that didn’t have a postponement clause. They said we could cancel, lose our $750 deposit and then re-book with them, but it would cost twice as much ($3000 instead of $1500) since we were one of the first people to book with them and they’ve made a lot of improvements to the facility. Our options were to cancel and rebook, keep our date or just cancel period. For what it’s worth, they did try to help us financially if we would keep our date, but we aren’t willing to risk the health of everyone we care about just to get married. We’ve been dating for 13 years, we can wait until it’s safe enough to do that. Since we’ve been dating for so long, we want our wedding to be everything we’ve ever dreamed it would be. With the current restrictions and guidelines for large events, that just isn’t possible. We don’t even know how we would plan a wedding not knowing what the rules will be when that day comes. Also, we don’t want to have to worry in the backs of our minds the entire time if anyone would get sick and die from being at our wedding. Here’s where things get tricky. On April 29th, 2020 we got an email from the new event coordinator for the Village with an updated contract. The email said “let us know if you have any questions! Otherwise, we’ll assume you understand and agree.” The new contract has a postponement clause which says “If the event is being postponed, the down payment or any other payments made prior to postponing can be applied to the future date.” So we asked why wouldn’t be able apply our deposit to a new date if their own updated terms and conditions say we can. They never answered that question and I still don’t know why they even bothered sending out a new contract with zero intention of honoring it. Having to pay their new rental fees was frustrating but understandable with the improvements they’ve made. Not letting us apply the deposit to a new date when their contract says we could was a deal breaker. We’ve decided that working with a business who treats people this way (in the middle of a pandemic or not) isn’t something we want to have to deal with when weddings are stressful enough already.
