I help my clients achieve their fitness goals by utilizing a “deep health” approach. Together we work on exercise and nutrition habits and behaviors as well as stress management, rest and recovery techniques. Additionally I provide the accountability and encouragement they need to stay motivated and on track!

I’ve always wanted to work for myself as long as Incan remember. Being a personal trainer and nutrition coach has allowed me to do just that! I wanted to provide best-in-class coaching services on my own terms and offer focused, dedicated support to my clients.

People should hire me because of my dedication to my clients and myself, my 20+ years of experience in the fitness industry and my advanced and continuing education in the field. I also have excellent client retention and have worked with numerous clients for 3 years and longer.

I can privately train you in the gym of your condo or apartment complex. No gym? No problem! I can train you in the gym at my building. As an alternative, I also work out of Diesel Fitness located in the West Village.

The Uptown Trainer services the following neighborhoods: Uptown Dallas, Downtown Dallas, Victory Park, East Quarter, Knox/Henderson, West Village and Highland Park, Texas.
