Patrick and Denece are great! Denece greeted me upon arrival and chatted with me until my appt. Patrick was very professional and friendly. He did my taxes pretty quickly considering they're taxes and he saved me a ton of money! He's also looking over my past year's taxes for accuracy free of charge unless he finds errors! I have been searching for a local business to do our taxes for a few months now and am glad we chose The Tax Office. Patrick was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. During the process of filing he explained everything and helped us explore our options. When leaving he neatly organized our records in a folder, along loading it to a CD for us to keep. The Tax Office are quick to get back to you if you have any questions. They're great at helping you understand and navigate the IRS. I was told I owed but when all was said and done the IRS had made a mistake and they owed me. Patrick was very patient with all of my questions and handled all of the calls to the IRS for me and set my mind at ease. I was definitely in good hands. I would highly recommend The Tax Office!
