We started on the website and requested a quote for what we were looking for. Within 24hrs we had a quote and a phone conversation. The Pros Weddings were amazing to work with. From the communication and organizing with Mike to the actual photos taken by Hugh, the photographer and his assistant Sean. They were incredible! Hugh and I talked several times leading up to the event to be sure he was clear with what we wanted photos of and ensure we were clear with his plan. He also worked with us to figure out our schedule for the wedding day in terms of photos. We got all of the pictures we wanted and more. The day of, he's down to business and very quick at getting photos. In the rush of everything, this is exactly what we wanted! We had time to get everything we wanted because of this. While he's down to business, he doesn't let that stop him from being nice and accommodating. I'm a videographer for weddings as well and I've worked with a variety of photographers in the past - Hugh is definitely up there as one of my favorites - I had two of my colleagues film during pictures and they (the videographers) commented that Hugh and his partner were both great to work with as well. The wedding pros were great to work with! Their communication was consistent and our DJ Gerald was AMAZING! He was super professional and was really the energy of our wedding. He was super easy to work with and his communication was fast and I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing which put us at ease knowing we were in his hands. Their package made It simple, easy and affordable to put our wedding together and they have a variety of customizable options. I did a general search for a one stop wedding shop, i was so ambitious! I was planning my wedding on a budget and needed to keep things as simple and easy as i could because i was not consulting or hiring a wedding planner or anything. My search lead me to The Pros and i was delighted! I initially only booked my photographer and then was thankfully able to add Dj services months later. The Pros offers profiles and a line of communication for all professionals and even offer bundles for services as well. They really made it easy to plan and stay organized on details and dates. Our photographer was Kha, and he did a phenomenal job! He was communicative and assertive during pictures while still maintaining professionalism and was funny and personable. He reduced stress of the day and stayed on top of timing so I didn’t have to worry about a thing regarding photos.
The process before the day went super smoothly, Renee was able to communicate and respond to any questions I had in a super timely manner, and our photographer did a couple calls beforehand with me to nail down details so I felt adequately prepared. I’d recommend them again in a second! More...

We chose The Pros because we were having a destination wedding and didn’t know any local photographers. They have terrible customer service after the event, the editing they did is a joke, and they are overpriced for the quality of photography. Their edited photos looked like bad Instagram filters. I had to edit my own photos to have anything semi-useable. Pictures are one of the only tangible things you’ll have left of your day, don’t skimp on the photography. Hire a true professional. The package you get for the price is excellent. The post work is minimal for retouching pics and some of the pics were duds. There was one pose the 2nd photog kept having us do that just didn't work. He also kinda took over (we didn't get to pick him and you can tell the pics he took which aren't as good) so I don't think we got the best from our primary photog.
