I had a disappointing experience with the Hot Dog Guy Catering. Initially, I communicated with Monica, one of their staff members, who was incredibly helpful in discussing options for our upcoming open house (we are just opening a business and were trying to find unique options for catering). After thorough discussions about dates and menu selections, I placed a deposit and paid in full, excited about the event. However, we encountered an unexpected issue when we learned that our landlord would not allow us to have the necessary parking spots for their setup. We informed the catering company about this development two months in advance, and as soon as we found out how unrelenting our landlord would be in this situation. Despite the two months advance notice, we were disappointed to find out that our $500 deposit was non-refundable—a detail not clearly stated in any of their documentation before or after signing. After Monica left the company, I was left to deal with the owner, who was unprofessional and angry about the situation. It felt frustrating as we couldn’t control the landlord's decision, yet we were met with hostility. Being a new business, we hoped for understanding and flexibility, but the owner’s unwillingness to accommodate us was disheartening. Ultimately, I would not recommend using [Catering Service Name]. Amazing experience last weekend. Had Monica and her team out. Very professional and the food was amazing. Best burger ever!! Guests raved about it.

The hot dogs are amazing with so many toppings to choose from. Staff is very friendly with smiles for miles away. Prices are reasonable for all the meals.
