Today I did something that was completely out of my norm… Attended a bootcamp class… Let me tell it was work🥵… But I stuck it out and made it through the staff was excellent I totally recommend this for anyone regardless of your fitness level… Will definitely be going back I’m actually excited about working out at The fit Academy 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
