What inspired you to start your own business?
Coaching, developing and growing people is what I did in my corporate life of 25 years. Realizing the joy I get from helping people/organizations get “unstuck”, helped me decide to provide this service as an entrepreneur.
Why should our clients choose you?
I care. My approach to coaching does not feel therapeutic (which some people actually need/prefer). We have real conversations about what “better” means to you and develop a plan of action to get you there. My tools, training, experience and passion help me to create a stress less environment in which to learn and grow.
