We had the opportunity to have The Chefs Catering Co cater our wedding last weekend at The Stardust in Davenport. It was fantastic! We did a taco bar and it was absolutely delicious. Our guests absolutely loved the food and raved about the salsa verde almost all night! Communication was amazing and the staff were so professional. We had the opportunity to have them cater our wedding in Galena this past weekend and the food was amazing! I didn't want the traditional wedding food and Josh was able make what I wanted. Everyone thought the food was great, especially the stuffed mushrooms for the cocktail hour. Staff was nice and friendly and food was done and ready to serve ahead of schedule. We used Chef’s Catering Co for our wedding celebration in Galena, IL (160 guests) and they were wonderful! The food was delicious (chicken marsala, pork loin, mushroom risotto) and the team (especially Danielle) was so easy to work with both leading up to our event and the day of! We hired Chefs Catering Co for our wedding this past August. The food was outstanding and the company was very easy to work with throughout the whole planning process. They walked us through their offerings, worked out a menu customized to our needs and hosted a full tasting for us to try to food prior to the day. They offer a wide variety of options. For our cocktail hour, we had delicious handheld appetizers. For dinner, we had an amazing taco bar. People had nothing but good things to say about everything they ate. We really enjoyed working with Chef's Catering Co. for our wedding at Ashton Hill Farm in Galena. The food was delicious and we received many compliments from guests. They were extremely accommodating and quick to respond to emails. Their pricing was very fair. Some highlights were the huge grazing table/"charcuterie board" as an appetizer and the mushroom risotto as a vegetarian option (I wish we had photos!).
