Danté is a skilled and knowledgeable personal trainer who truly knows what he’s doing! In just 30 days, he helped me lose 3 inches off my waist—and surprisingly, I gained 2 inches in my bust area (which wasn’t even on my list of goals, lol!

We live 20 miles away from the closest gym and we split our time between two houses in different cities. We found Dante who had a Zoom workout option and it’s been the absolute BEST decision for us!
! The Zoom option allows us to be in different locations and still work out together.
We chose Dante after interviewing 3 trainers and started working out with him in April of this year. We felt a connection with his practices and style. He is professional, knowledgeable and breaks down the exercise, so we maintain good form and get the most out of it for our age, capabilities and needs. His workouts are tailored to us and vary. He really helps us with our accountability and we need that.
We are 58 and 66 and although we were walking daily, we felt our muscle mass was diminishing along with our core strength, balance and flexibility. We can honestly say, 6 months later, it’s a much different story. The balance, flexibility and strength are back. We have both lost weight and have gone down in size due to the weights and exercises. My husband has lost 15 pounds since April and is getting into clothes he hasn’t worn in a while. I have been struggling with menopause for a few years and losing weight has been very difficult. I have lost 14 pounds and have trimmed up in my legs, arms and middle. It is so wonderful to see and feel your work pay off.

Where do I start, first off my very first session with Dante I knew I had a phenomenon trainer and this is all done virtually. Mind you, I've worked with several. In two weeks I've lost 8 pounds. I had a left knee replacement, two back surgeries and I have CRPS with nerve paralysis. Despite having all these issues, he is very encouraging and supportive. The key to this journey is listening and following his instructions. Before I started with Dante, I wasn't able to cross my left leg or bend it as much as I've been able to. If you are unsure of what to eat, please ask and he will tell you. He is extremely responsive and he pushes you without breaking you which is why I love his training method. Yes, getting back in shape and being healthy is a goal but changing my mindset to how I see food is a journey. I have more energy and I'm not craving sweets anymore. I have been working out with Dante for a month now and all I can say is that it has been a wonderful experience. We work out together virtually one on one 3 mornings a week, he makes sure I am doing the exercises correctly and pushes me to do more so I am getting the results that I want.
I thoroughly enjoy working out virtually with Dante, he makes it seamless, he is always on time, we workout for an hour and it’s a great way to start your day. Working out virtually fits into my daily work schedule. You get better results cause you are not interrupted, again it’s one on one and he is focused on making sure you are doing the exercises right and getting the results you want. I absolutely love it, for me it’s better than going to the gym, it’s also a time saver.

I’ve been training with Dante for over 6 months now. He is a nice but a no nonsense trainer who truly listens to my goals and preferences, yet isn’t afraid to challenge me to reach my goals.
I’m quite particular about my fitness and very vocal about the exercises I like and dislike and those that I won’t do, and he accommodates my preferences without compromising my goals. Even when I whine and complain during tough exercises, he challenges me beyond my comfort while being encouraging.
Dante is also conscientious to my weaknesses and physical limitations. I suffer from occasional pain in my forearm due to a prior injury and he shows me stretching exercises and even massages my arm when it acts up.
He is also understanding and accommodating to my schedule. Dante is a fun guy and makes each workout session enjoyable and engaging.

I arrived at teamfitnatixx with a frozen shoulder among other health issues. Dontae assessed and analyzed my heath situation and he jumped into action. 4 months later I am relieved of pain and no more frozen shoulder. My knees are functioning better than in the past. Dante is one of best trainers that demands and gets results. I originally trained with him back in 2019 lost weight and was at my goal weight within 4 months.
My Physician was amazed and contacted Dante to tell him that he had never seen anyone ever transform like that. I had an injury in 2021 and I was unable to walk for 10 months . I had weight gain. I tried some other trainers that were closer to my location but we didn't connect and had little or no success. I am currently back with Dante and pounds are coming off effortlessly. Dante is great at modifying my workout due to my weak knee and ankle. He meets you where you ask questions about your life to make sure he gives you reasonable nutritional guidance for great results and health.
I personally drive 1 -1/2 hours just for his training sessions.
Whatever your goal is Dante is the best trainer for the job!

If I could leave 0 reviews, I would. I completely agree with what Amrit wrote below. I paid upfront for 36 sessions ($4,000) for my parents to use Dante as a personal trainer.
After the first 3 sessions, Dante simply dissappeared. He doesn't answer my calls or texts or that of my parents (who are in their 60s and were looking to get back in shape).
I would not trust Dante with your time, money, or personal fitness goals for a second.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. It’s concerning to learn that you’ve had difficulty getting the support you expected. I understand there were circumstances involving your mother's leg and the pandemic that affected your parents’ ability to continue sessions. However, as stated in the contract, sessions must be used within three months, which may have contributed to the confusion about their validity after the pandemic. Dante will put you to work and keep you accountable! I was 4 months postpartum, working my full-time job, and struggling to lose the weight.
I committed to get healthier for myself and family. Dante listened to my concerns but also my ambition, and was determined to help me reach my goal.
Now, 3 months into my training I have noticed significant health improvements, and my hour-glass figure is back! The work is not easy, but with Dante’s help it can be achieved. I had a terrible experience working with Dante Tan as my fitness trainer at Fitnatixx in Danville, CA. He promised to help me transform my fitness and take it to the next level, but he was only interested in my money and not my progress. He took my money and was consistently late or didn't show up for our scheduled training sessions. He had a variety of excuses for his absence and never took responsibility for his lack of commitment. I found him to be unprofessional and unorganized, and I would not recommend him to anyone. I’ve been training with Dante 2 days a week for the past month- I live in Oakland, work in Berkeley and drive to his gym in Danville afterward because he’s that good. Since December Dante has helped me reevaluate my limits, try new exercises, adopt a diet plan, and celebrate the initial stages of my long term goals (he plans those out with you too). No two trainings are exactly the same with him, and the momentum you build in each session leaves you eager to practice what you learn between trainings. Dante is a great guy. Very knowledgeable. Easy to talk to. I came in with atrial fibrillation. I was scared to push myself.
Dante was very patient and helped me get past that initial time of insecurity. I recently pulled a sled with 500lbs loaded on it. So thanks to Dante I’m staging a comeback.
The environment in the gym is upbeat everybody that trains there is friendly.

I started working with Dante early Jan. I have never done the same exercises again and he has focused on build my posterior chain as well as overhaul strength to burn fat. Couple this with my diet changes that he coached me on I started with him in Jan at 207 and 2 months later I am down to 194. I had 2 weeks off with an illness otherwise confident I would be below 190. Goal is to get down to 180 by the end of next month and with the diet and training goals and the variety of training and support I’m enjoying this and seeing the results. All must wear a mask for entry, laser thermometer check, 6 feet distance posted in my facility, and limited clients at a time.
