What’s your signature dish?
I have no one signature dish. I am best at creating tasting menus that provide a wide variety of dishes that complement each other to create a full menu experience that surprises and satisfies.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I have a conversation with a prospective client. Discuss food likes, allergies, aversions, type of meal, I then curate a menu based off of the criteria that I think will satisfy and go above what the client is looking for.
What do you love most about your job?
The preparation, organization, and execution skills to make a meal like this happen.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Simply Covid. The restaurant I worked in closed because of it. I needed to pivot and this is what I landed on. Would love to be back one day, but right now I'm enjoying the freedom this allows me.

I have the expertise and experience to provide an unbelievable dining experience difficult to find in Colorado. I have years of training in Michelin starred kitchens across the country, and that is still the standard I hold myself to.
