Our wedding day was absolutely amazing. We hired Black Tie for coordination services (Becca Manning) and DJ (Eddy Bobby) and they were both so perfect. Eddy and Becca both went above and beyond to help make this experience flawless. Eddy was super accommodating with our musical requests, and kept the party and energy going all night. He took so much time before the wedding to speak with us and learn our exact preferences so that he was able to give us an amazing and fun evening. UENI continues to disappoint. I attempted to call support during their business hours and I cannot reach a live person. The call does not even go through, after making you hold for a while a recording lets you know that call volume is heavy and directs you to use the chat and disconnects the call. If I wasn't paying for phone support this would not be a big issue, but my plan includes phone support. I email and maybe I will hear back in three or four days the problem is responses are not prompt and you don't know how long they will take to get back to you and when they respond they don't address the issue which leads to more back and forth and an unsatisfactory experience. The chat isn't effective for the issue I am having. I have been trying to resolve an issue with them for 6 months. They do not know how to listen effectively and solve problems when issues arise. UENI continues to be a disappointment. Out of frustration I asked that they stop charging my credit card because they have not resolved the two months of credits they owe me. It should not take this long to address. They agree to stop charging my card and without addressing anything and without notice they shut down my website. I can't reach anyone of course. I should not have to continue to pay for a service that I am not receiving. More...

What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
The secret is playing great songs and having fun with the crowd! If you can't enjoy yourself, you're in the wrong line of work. Treat everyone with respect and above all else, ALWAYS keep a smile on your face!
How would you describe your ‘style’?
My style changes depending on what my customer needs. Some people "got it" and they have everything planned to a "T." Others may be a little bit more laid back and they want me to lead the event and keep things going.
In short: The more I know, the better the show!!
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people and the challenge of picking good songs. Every crowd isn't going to like every song, but that doesn't mean that I'm not trying to hit a home run every event. I also love that each and every event is different: Every bride and groom are different, every corporate event is different, and every birthday party is different.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I thought I could do a better job than what I had experienced. My wife and I had a DJ at our wedding and while he was ok, he didn't seem to be on his "A" game and our wedding suffered. I do my best to bring it each and every time. My team wants to make you look good for hiring us.

We give the best bang for the buck and we are here to serve you! Our job is to help make your event as stress-free as possible. We've been there and done that, whereas a lot of our clients haven't. By all means, use us as a resource, my promise is to be here for you.
