I cannot recommend Alysha enough! From our very first phone conversation, I knew she was someone I could trust. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our engagement celebration special.

The food was absolutely phenomenal. Every single dish was delicious, but the Tuscan shrimp pasta was the undeniable crowd favorite—our guests are still talking about it! Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and exceeded our expectations.

What impressed me even more was Alysha herself. She went far beyond simply catering our event. She jumped in wherever she was needed, helped everything run smoothly, and treated our celebration as if it were her own. My son even asked if she was a longtime friend of mine because of how caring and invested she was.

Her professionalism, communication, and heart for serving others truly set her apart. Even while dealing with personal circumstances,she showed up with grace, excellence, and such a positive attitude.

Chef Alysha did a AMAZING job! I booked her for my parents 30th anniversary celebration and she was nothing short of amazing. The event was a quick turnaround but I was still able to fully customize the menu to our likings so there was something for everyone. And the food presentation plus the taste was the icing on the cake. Did I forget to mention she prepared an appetizer selection of up to six items, entrée, salad, and a side plus desserts for a group of 30 people!

Alysha showed up on time with a big smile on her face. The flowers she brought were beautiful. The menu was divided into courses- I LOVED the appetizer! We had scallops, caviar, and cheese grits.
