All my dishes are my signature dish because I put the same amount of love in every dish I prep
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to speak to my clients get a feel of what they like and don’t like, what their guest aid allergic to and what not, what type of food are they leading towards, how many guest are they expecting.
What do you love most about your job?
Getting the feed back from all the jobs I complete, knowing that I made my client happy and wanting to hire me for future events.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Passion for food, being in the kitchen is my therapy, it’s what soothes me and what makes me happy.
Why should our clients choose you?
My food is devine, unique, my ambition to give dishes you never had or thought of. Always the taste!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
A lot of my customers are wanting me to drop and go and I always wear gloves when cooking and a mask when I’m around and not around anyone especially when cooking for a client.

Food set up, delivery, traveling at least 2hrs, plastic utensils, non-alcoholic, dessert, assorted food types. I usually don’t offer serving since I’m alone. Chafers and 6hrs burners
