We provide services in Austin and surrounding areas and Houston areas. These services are on-site and done via our headquarters office in Austin, Texas. Owners are sent monthly statements of all transactions and work orders if applicable done at their asset. We have owners that live out of state/country.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We do not feel this is a threat to our customers at this time. In the future should anything as this arise, we will review with our team and update all clients.
Find & Place Qualified Tenants
Our objective is to make your home viewable to as many qualified renters as possible. Through our experienced team of leasing agents and diligent application process, we can evaluate tenant’s rental history, credit, employment information and other factors for approval. This process gives your investment less vacancy and increases your overall return on investment quicker.
Preventative Maintenance and Repair
We use licensed and certified maintenance vendors for HVAC, make ready processes and other minor service requests. We will work with your warrany company to make sure your home is kept up to A+ quality. We also do proeprty walks on the homes 3x/year to make sure your property is being kept up by the tenants.
No Long Term Contracts
Our property management agreement is always month-to-month. You can cancel the agreement at any time. Please note, we want you to be happy, but if you are not, we understand the need to move on. We pride ourselves on building long lasting relationships with our clients and owners.
