What do you love most about your job?
I love working with couples who may not have a precise idea of what they want for their wedding flowers, going through the process with them, and delivering flowers that they absolutely love and can cherish for a lifetime, as my wood flowers will stay beautiful for many years to come.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When my daughter got married back in 2022, we discovered wood flowers, and I created the pieces for her wedding. Having been a gardener for 30 years, I was amazed at how lifelike the wood flowers were, and being able to dye them to match the wedding colors was such a bonus. Plus, so many guests just raved about them after the wedding that I knew it was something I needed to do!
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a small business, just myself with some help from my husband, so my clients always interact with me from start to finish. I get to know my clients, their likes and dislikes, their vision for their flowers and decor, and I personally create every piece, so my clients know they’re getting exactly what they’ve dreamed of for their special day.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I can provide some services online, in that I can ship smaller pieces. So, for instance, if a couple wants just a bridal bouquet and a boutonniere, I can certainly do that. I have shipped flowers more than halfway across the country and they’ve gotten there in perfect shape. Of course, I also guarantee that anything damaged in shipping will be replaced, free of charge.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Any customer who requests no or low contact pickup or delivery of flowers will be accommodated, and any venue requirements regarding Covid-19 transmission will always be followed.
Wood flower florist
We offer custom dyed and designed wood flower bouquets, corsages, flower girl baskets, and boutonnieres. We also offer rentals of centerpieces, a flower wall, deconstructed arch and wood heptagon, also custom dyed and designed just for you. Deluxe floral concierge services including personal delivery, setup, reset from ceremony to reception (same or separate location), and removal (same or next day) also available, so all you have to worry about is enjoying your perfect day with your perfect flowers.
