I took part in a nice technology trial during the summer of 2024. Other than that, I think the people who run Google Maps are a bunch of pussies for throttling (censoring) some of my uploaded images when I sometimes include genuine political commentary & analysis when I've taken part in an event or a solo act at any given location.

This review is for Google warranty policy. They suck!! The absolute worst customer care experience ever. I have a pixel 9pro XL that is less than 3 months old. My carrier, AT&T, triedbeverything they could to fix this POS phone, and the repair company that Google uses, UbreakIfix will not touch it because it's deemed the antenna is bad. I have been in contact with Google numerous times and yes they are more than willing to replace the phone. That is great.Here is the problem. They have 2 options for replacement and neither is good. Either send my phone 1st and they will send a new one. ( Means I go with no phone for over a week). I cannot do my job without it. Or put the funds of a brand new one on hold and the will send me a new one first then when they get my POS back they will release the funds back to me. ( Have an $1000 just laying around these days). They will not budge. My data/network connection drops a minimum of 12 times per day. I ask for a manager and I am told the policy cannot be altered at all. I have left a message at Google HQ to file a complaint and no response. My next step may have to be the media to make this go totally public so maybe this company can put customers first and keep us happy. I have had bad customer care before but this tops it all. I have never been more disappointed in a company than I am here. I regret ever doing business with Google. More...

All right I get misdirected for the longer way around or zigzagging through residential areas constantly. I'm in Jonesboro Arkansas right now typed in Walmart clicked on the closest one I'm coming up on the exit I can see a Walmart about a block down on the left on the other side I followed your GPS coordinates it took me three and a half miles in the opposite direction to a different Walmart when one was right there less than a half mile away and it gave me directions to zigzagging through residential and small business come in the back side of Walmart. This is ridiculous
