How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We provide gluten-free sweet baked goods that are clean label and fresh frozen. Our baked goods are wrapped in home-compost rated clear film.
What do you love most about your job?
Making celiac's smile. Our favorite question to get is, are you sure this is gluten free? The answer is, YES. We are 100% certain.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My mom. Nanci was diagnosed with Celiac disease over 35 years ago. It took her (a retired science teacher) over 35 years to create her proprietary gluten-free flour blend. She put it in her father in-law's recipes.
Why should our clients choose you?
They will never serve a better gluten-free baked good.
