We worked with them for a month, and we didn't have too many issues overall. One of the guards was getting loud with his personal phone conversations, and it was addressed when I brought it to the attention of the company. We had a couple of issues with the amounts that we were being billed for, but these were mostly explained/resolved to our satisfaction. My only suggestion for them would be to be a little more clear in their contracts about which holidays they will not come in to work. We had a guard show up on President's Day, which I later found out that they do not consider to be a holiday, but our company does, so we got charged for that day even though the guard's presence was not needed.
