SST was very quick to offer a quote, and the officer they sent to my wedding, Derek, was diligent and professional. They were also able to work with me on a short timeline!

They said they secured a guard for our big event in Austin, and called him less then 24 hours before we opened the doors at 8pm the night before. Completely unprofessional and highly unreliable. We have a minimum deposit required for all services from companies that have not done work with us in the past. Your company had three days before the event to sign our agreement and pay the deposit. We encourage all companies to prepare in advance, set a budget, and follow through committing to vendors. Our owner reached out to you to make emergency staffing plans, and you used expletives and hung up on him . That being said, we typically work well in the crunch, but we do not work for free at the last minute. We hope everything worked out for you despite you leaving us a one star rating.

These guys are hands down are the best. I had a horrific experience with another PI firm a day before SST reached out to me. Needless to say I was a little bit skeptical and discouraged about finding someone to help me after dealing with the other firm. However, SST went over an beyond helping me obtain evidence regarding my husband's secret lifestyle during our divorce proceedings. My husband claimed to be broke, unable to obtain employment and hurt from a car accident to the judge as to why he couldn't provide sufficient support for our disabled 3 year old child. I knew he was lying but I could not prove it in court to a judge. My husband has made over $100k -$150K each year for the past 14 years and is the most hard-working man I know. Thanks to SST I discovered my husband had started trades that paid him under the table and he was indulging in a lifestyle of drug usage and crime which would put my child's life in danger if left in his care. I can't wait until our new court date not only am I highly confident that I will get the financial support I need for my daughter but I am confident that I will get sole conservatorship of my child. I am forever grateful for finding Clayton and his team. You guys kicked ass for me. I am so inspired by this company that I will be soon training to become a PI myself and help others like me. Professionalism and versatility. Those are the two words that jump out immediately when asked to describe my experience with SST. Since I’ve contracted SST a short while ago to head security for my bar, they’ve already since become a staple with both employees and patrons alike.

Their presence has added a truly safer environment without the pretense of an overbearing force patrolling the premises. I’ve had many attempts in the past with others to fill my security needs and it’s never worked out the way SST has been able to balance the two items above. I hired Derek for a professional doorman / bouncer position for a private St. Patrick's Day party my roommates and I were throwing. We live close to Lower Greenville, and had issues last year with this same party with random folks coming in off the street during the Block Party. We wanted to prevent that, and make folks feel comfortable while they having a good time.

Derek arrived early, I briefed him on the service I wanted him to provide, gave him a list of entrants, and let him do his thing! He had it down to the T and it was incredible to have him at our venue. He relieved a lot of stress from our roommates and gave us updates as folks were coming in as well.
