We had been taking our 9year old daughter to a personal trainer to help her with speed and agility for softball. She had an odd gait when base running. We saw no improvement after many months and seeking chiropractic care was pretty much a last resort for us. Dr Nguyen diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and we saw improvement after the first visit. Doctor Nguyen took such great care of our son’s knee after his dirt bike accident. Our son was back to normal and ready for baseball tryouts within 3 weeks. I can’t tell you how GREAT Dr. Nguyen was. I have had a very successful and positive experience coming here for the past few months, after suffering from severe hip pain for over a year. I really respect that this practice is focused on finding the source of my pain instead of just treating it. Had a great experience with Dr. Nguyen and his staff. Once you enter their building the staff is very attentive and welcoming. I had injured my shoulder and went to other chiropractors previously. I did the Active release and Graston techniques on my shoulder and in two short visits with Dr. Nguyen I had already been making improvements in my strength. What I enjoyed most was that Dr. Nguyen made your visit personalized and tended to your needs. Dr. Nguyen would always ask what hurt that day and if you had improved at all. From what you told him, he would would gear your treatment to what was specifically bothering you at that time. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Dr. Nguyen is the best Chiropractor that I've found in the area. I've been going to Sports and Wellness for about 5 years now to manage my chronic neck pain. Before I found Dr. Nguyen, my neck pain was making me irritable and I had very little range of motion. Dr. Nguyen set me up with a treatment plan and I made tremendous progress over time. I went in because I have been dealing with a neck pain and needed to get it treated. Dr. Nguyen was very nice and diagnosed me with having a pinched nerve and explained it to me in the most simple way way possible for me to understand. He then sets up a treatment plan and gives basic stretches you can do at home to improve your health on your own. He is very kind and loves to have nice conversations with his clients. I love, love, LOVE this place! The staff is wonderful, attentive, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and super nice! I originally chose this chiropractic office because they were extremely close to my house. I expect to move within the next year, but no matter how far away I might move, I will continue my treatment at Sports & Wellness Chiropractic. In addition to getting adjusted, they teach you better habits and stretches to make sure you stay balanced and aligned. I feel sooo much better after going here. I absolutely highly recommend Dr. Nguyen. He is the reason I can now walk, run, and dance without any pain in my left knee after I had a serious injury. Being that I am in my 60s, I thought my chances of complete healing were nil. I have had neck, shoulder and all over back pain for almost 10 years now. I've been treated by a couple different chiropractors in the past and this is the first time that I feel better. Dr. Nguyen's treatments using the Graston technique is amazing! I starting feeling less pain after my 1st visit.
