I have known Bryon for the past twenty years. He has been my trainer in person and now virtually. I have to say I didn’t think I was going to have a good workout but he kicks my butt every time. I’ve trained with Bryon for almost 5 years. I was never happy with my body, but after gaining 65 lbs from my firstborn (on top of what I already didn’t like), I signed up. His workouts were hard but worked and I saw results quickly. His approach is also helpful, beneficial, and fun. On top of the workouts, he created a meal plan for me that was actually doable. I ate carbs, went to parties, and could still have some cocktails and I continued to drop. I was never hungry. When my son’s first birthday rolled around, I’d lost every ounce I had gained and my body composition and shape was better than before my pregnancy. After a while and another pregnancy, I only gained about half the weight as the first time and once again, lost it all with Bryon’s help. I laugh when people diet now and say they can’t eat carbs, dairy, etc. You can have whatever you want if you follow your plan. I highly recommend Bryon! More...

Bryon is the most knowledgeable trainer I have ever worked with. He understands and knows nutrition inside and out, and knows how to push you to become stronger.
