Very pleased with the work and ease of scheduling

They were on time and everything looks and smells great.

Spent five hours at my house and it's dirtier than when he started. Only managed to attempt to clean three rooms for a scheduled whole house deep clean. Not a single room was actually clean - I had to spend 45 minutes just cleaning up the mess he made in my shower. The company refuses to refund the cost of this despite multiple attempts to contact them. Even tried to blame me for not calling them while he was here, despite me calling immediately after he left. I did not find Speedycleans to be cost effective for what I paid. I hired for a Move Out clean, which is essentially the standard, plus deep clean from what I was told on phone and by text. However, I do not feel that the clean represented anything deep about it. My windows were an area I stressed and the sills look great, but other areas I stressed wanting to see shine were not to my satisfaction and I had to clean them again before my photographer for sale of home showed up. The workers were decent with what they did accomplish, I just feel like some time on some areas could have been better focused on problem areas and they did Not tidy things. I actually cancelled the cleaning of my kitchen as price was already over what I budgeted for and had to make adjustments.

As for scheduling staff, I was told my cleaning would be complete by one person and would take 7 hours; (I intentionally over-exagerated the amount of work that was needed to ensure they would schedule enough time... 2 of the 3 bedrooms were already cleaned, bathroom only needed a standard as it had already been Deep cleaned, etc). I budgeted for my quote plus $100 just incase. Next day I called to prepay a little of the budget as there is a minimum 2 hour cleaning time and at the end of the converstation the lady on the phone stated ok C and J will be out there between 12-2... (FYI workers arrived after my S.O. did from work, so that was after 2pm). So the scheduling staff decided to schedule me 2 cleaners and increase the cost. I called back again to clarify they had made that change, which they had and they stated "well two cleaners means it should get done in half the time." The cleaning took 5 hours.

Note: I did take before and afters, I am not sure I am allowed to add them, but I will check into that later as they are on my S.Os phone. More...

You guys cleaning service is extremely poor.I was promised alot things that didn't happen. I booked for 3hrs with 2 ppl. Only 1 person showed up and worked for 1 hr 40mins yet yall charged me for 2hrs. She DID NOT CLEAN
•the family room
•any of the bedrooms
•the living room
•the dining room
•in the bathroom (the tub/shower was not cleaned nor did she clean the toilet bowl
•nothing was dusted
•nothing was vacuumed

The only thing she did do was clean the counter tops and swept n mop in the kitchen. In the bathroom she only cleaned the mirrors and swept & mopped.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. I will definitely not recommend this company to anyone. More...

They were an hour late. Hired for a move in clean for my new apartment and they did not clean everything. Things were still dusty and sticky. Floors were mopped but somehow still dirty. I don’t really understand what was done in 4 hours because it was a lot I had to do afterwards. Waste of money. More...

You do not need to read any review but this one.
We hired these THIEVES for a 3 hour job. In 40 min woman sent, Kayla G., was done.
Not a thing was cleaned, she was eating, drinking, on her phone entire time, Shouting.

To run my MC, she MANUALLY typed it in. Didn't work after several tries, it was b/c we just moved in, my address was incorrect w/ bank.
Then she MANUALLY ran in SO's card.
I couldn't believe when she also PHOTOGRAPHED BOTH MC's.
Said it was required. No, it's not.
This was Wednesday.

On Saturday Eve, while working in yard, bf gets call from bank.
Had he tried to buy $186.12 in Spirit Airlines tickets?
Followed by $308.42 at Walmart?
And 5 trips w/ AirBnB, which 2 cleared, and 2 more trips on Hotels.com?
No. They closed his card.

3 hrs later, imagine the surprise, my bank contacts me.
Did I buy $186.12 in Spirit Airline tickets?
How about $308.42 at Walmart?
And 5 trips w/ AirBnB, which 2 cleared, and 2 more trips on Hotels.com?

It didn't end there.

This piece of trash used my MC and tried it 6X's at Macy's online, 9X's at Walmart.com, another clothing store for women of her size and background 4X's, DoorDash, Amazon Prime video, Hotels.com, AirBNB, Spirit Air, a call to someone incarcerated in PRISON, city of Redford, where she lives.

The sharpest moron here! She used MY card and charged it to call an INMATE! Absolute trash of the world.

She was able to charge over $900 in AirBnB stays and attempted another $400 at Hotels.com, $200 in airline tix, plus similar on my SO's card.
Her dumb ass recently tried to run my card again, over and over, AFTER the card was closed.
Guess who was watching it?

Sure enough, 3 weeks later, where is this waste of human space?

SpeedyCleans of Brighton STOLE 2 of their customer's MC's to illegally buy trips, clothes, food, pay bills.
SpeedyCleans used STOLEN MASTER CARDS taken from their customers to STEAL thousands of dollars.

We contacted the liar/owner Chris Rau, who lives in Howell. He ignored every attempt at contact.
Their website says "Licensed, Bonded, Insured."
State of MI says No, they are not.

This pig of a woman ALSO broke our lights in the basement she didn't clean. That was 2 months ago. I can't get in my basement at the house we just bought.
Hence, why Chris Rau, the POS owner of Speedy Cleans, has ignored all attempts at contact.

In the end, the best that can happen is Chris and Kayla end up in jail where they belong.

Check them on social media. This fool hires "No Experience Necessary", strangers from FB.

Also it turns out that earlier in 2020, Kayla G. was arrested. Twice!

So unless you would like to invite immoral thieves into your house, do NOT hire these pieces of garbage.

They're going to tell you I'm lying.

Definitely 5 stars. They came in and cleaned everything on my list.

The cleaners showed up on time cleaned and left the place looking great. Would definitely recommend to anybody who is looking.

They were amazing and did everything I asked. Everything was so clean when they left.
