Following mindful conversation, I guide you through meditative energy work inclusive of a variety of guided symbolic and practical healing protocols. These transformative tools are intended to clear and liberate you from the judgments, opinions, and energetic impacts that other people and external influences have on your wellbeing. This process empowers you to reconnect with your authentic self and reclaim your inner harmony and personal truth and awareness.

Once energetically clear and aligned with your true self and personal power, and with your permission, I introduce hypnotic suggestion into our sessions. Hypnosis enables us to work directly with your unconscious mind, welcoming its potential for personal transformation. This powerful tool is intended to facilitate rapid and lasting change in alignment with your conscious goals and aspirations. I also offer instruction and the opportunity to add with self hypnosis.

HYPNOENERGETIC RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING

I understand the challenges of navigating a shaky relationship, and I want you to know that with focused effort and ample support, positive change is possible.

When both you and your partner are fully committed to learning more about and serving each other, revitalizing your relationship can happen naturally.

However, if one of you is hesitant, you can still make positive strides.

Consistency, honesty, openness, and a willingness to communicate and invest in yourselves and each other can set a powerful example and create an environment ripe for positive transformation.

In my relationship counseling sessions, my goal is to provide a shared experience. Through the use of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), meditative energy work and healing, and hypnosis, you'll gain the tools to shift your awareness and actively work towards rebuilding trust and the foundation of friendship in your relationship.

To begin, we'll have two joint sessions, and two individual sessions for each of you.

In our 1:1 sessions, we'll delve into the root causes of your individual contributions to your relationship dynamics. We'll explore various energetic and hypnotic tools designed to help you break free from harmful patterns, enhance self-awareness, and achieve immediate and lasting personal change.

As we come back together, you'll have a better understanding of what's really happening in your relationship. You'll learn how to let go of the blame-shame/run-hide game, harmful thoughts, mindless and habitual behaviors, and attachment wounding actions.

This process is grounded in the principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to foster connection and understanding. In addition, it incorporates guided meditation and symbolic energy work to help you gain clarity and presence in the moment. Hypnosis is used to facilitate immediate and lasting personal change.

The intention is to explore your individual contributions to your attachment, express held emotions, process energy, and achieve clarity, breaking free from harmful behavioral patterns and embark on a path towards more sustainable and mindful unity.

Throughout this journey, we'll focus on using the tools within the context of summoning courage, offering authentic self-expression, being in service to one another, emotional release, holding, and healing.
