After 15 years as a general manager for a cleaning company, I felt the need to try and go out on my own, I worked for a franchise company and just did not love the approach or ethics of selling contracts to franchisees who had little to know training. The name Smart Clean came from my willingness to educate the clients on cleaning and the steps it takes to ensure a facility remains clean to the highest level it can day in and out. I also wanted to make sure that cleaners were properly trained and understood the cleaning industry is one of the most important industries today, if a facility be it a medical, vet clinic, office space, retail space or restaurant is not clean it doesn't reflect well on the business owner or managers and it is important to have a clean and orderly facility for all clients.

With over 25 years of industry experience and my constant pursuit of education in the cleaning industry you can feel safe and relaxed knowing that we train and educate not only or staff but, you the customer on what to expect and about our approach.

We always implement safe guards against cross contamination from using multiple mop buckets and mops, to making sure our cleaning rags are color coded so that cleaners know what rags are used for example (red rags are for restrooms, blue for windows and glass, yellow for counters and work stations, we also used a cleaner that kills covid 19.
