Was all good at the beginning, however, afterward they were charging extra on my credit card on file. I had to block my card. The limo sent was way different from the one promised and the driver was unprepared, the limo cabin was freezing, the driver had no phone holder and dropped it many times, which was probably the cause of him getting lost twice. 0 stars- worst company. DO NOT USE THEM!!! First, they are a broker they do not own the fleet! I ordered 3 vehicles for my son’s wedding. A party bus for the rehearsal and 2 stretch limousines for the day of theWedding. They sent me pictures of every vehicle and none of them are what showed up. On Friday night the party bus showed up 30 minutes late. It was an actual old school bus painted black and the inside converted into a party bus. I called the limo company told them to make sure the limos were going to be on time and confirmed with pictures of the limos showing up on Saturday as a beautiful stretch Cadillac Escalade and a stretch Hummer. A Mercedes sprinter van showed up on time and took the guys to the church. The second limo showed up 40 minutes late and was a beat up old Cadillac limo not what the video of the vehicle. Party bus was so fun! Mike was so helpful during the process!

I recently used this limousine service, and unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. The vehicle I was provided with was in awful condition. It was old, dirty, and smelled strongly of mildew, making the ride uncomfortable. The floor rugs were rolling up, which was both unsafe and unprofessional.

Considering the high price I paid for the service, I was expecting much better quality. The condition of the car was unacceptable, and I felt like I did not get anywhere near what I paid for. Easy to set up. Driver was excellent.

Overall a good experience! Owner/main point of contact was a pleasure and easy to work with. Was able to accommodate a last minute, day of booking due to another company cancelling our trip the morning of, so they scrambled to coordinate our trip with 2 hour notice. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the driver was the most unprofessional person I have dealt with. Our group tends to rent party buses for events 2-3x per year, and while it was still a super fun day, dealing with him put a damper on it for not only myself, but the group in general. Ended up speaking directly with the owner and having him be the middle man so I could enjoy myself day and let him deal with the driver. Overall still a great time! More...

Terrible customer service, that use slimy bait and switch tactics, leaving me with no choice but to accept their last minute changes, almost ruining my wedding day, and causing us to be late for the ceremony.
The company quoted me for a party bus and stretch limo twice (via text and email) with the same rate on the bus $235/hr. The contract did state the rate of $235/hr but purposely had ambiguous text, stating that a “Wedding party vehicle” would be provided, along with the stretch limo for a flat fee of $505. I was assured it would be a party bus though. Contracts are signed and deposit of $400 is paid on 8/8/24. On 9/18, balance of $1146.15 is charged with an additional $289 (Gratuity fee 20%) that was never mentioned.
On the day of the wedding, I was informed that I would be getting a mini bus (Sprinter type van). After much debate, over the course of 3 hours, speaking with 3 different reps, they offered to provide a party bus for an upcharge of $642. This was after many sleazy tactics, including lying, generating a new contract on the day of with incorrect verbiage (stating mini bus), and telling me that they did not care about previous quotes or conversations, offering to refund money 3 hours before my wedding.

I was left scrambling, trying to find another limo service with only a few hours of lead time, an almost impossible task. I had no other choice but to pay the extra money, if I wanted a party bus. It caused me to be late to my pre-ceremony photo shoot, and ultimately caused the wedding party to be late to the ceremony.
Lastly, the driver of the stretch limo said she was contacted the day of, to provide services as Sky1 sub-contracts, they do not appear to have their own vehicles. This is another shady and risky tactic, not securing a provider until the day of the event.

We hired Sky 1 Worldwide Limousine to take us to a concert and back. We paid a $250 deposit and were asked to pay the remaining $325 in cash to the driver when they arrived. The event was cancelled because the performer was sick. We immediately called Sky 1 to let them know. We told them we wished to cancel the service. The owner asked us to send an e-mail. A short time after we got off the phone, the remaining $325 was charged. Additional attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful. We understand the initial deposit. This was a horrible experience- do not trust this company. Ordered a limo for 20 kids for prom- They pressured me in to paying by Zelle 10 pm the night before event for balance, and when a bus vs a limo showed up they offered zero refunds.
