What’s your signature dish?
We enjoy making and eating all our dishes of course :) However, the favorites are Garlic Chicken, Tri-Tip, Braised Oxtails in a Burgundy Red Wine Sauce and Parmesan Crusted Salmon. In the Autumn months, we offer two types of Walnut Crusted Salmon using a local walnut vendor.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Usually based on our menu customers have a good idea what they like. However, when the question arises, a call is scheduled to gather likes and any food allergies we should be aware of. From there we make two menu recommendations.
What do you love most about your job?
Our jobs encompass a number of tasks that we enjoy, however, we take pleasure in preparing and serving the food. The interaction with guests as they make their way through the buffet line and during cleanup is a memorable one.
