My partners and I were looking for a Staging company, to stage a newly completed remodel in Monrovia. We talked to a few companies, but we could not find the right one. Either their prices very too high or the designs and the quality of the furniture they were using was not adequate for our project. Luckily, while looking online, I accidentally stumbled upon Simply Staging Company. Right after my first conversation with the owner Sara Barnes, I knew that it was the company that we were looking for, and that we were in good hands. Most of the companies we spoke to previously, would not travel more than 20-25 miles to do a staging. Based in Redlands CA, Simply Staging LLC still was able to provide an incredible service for the property located some 60 miles away in Monrovia. Sara personally visited the property and took lots of notes and pictures. She also asked many questions and listened to the ideas and needs that the Sellers had. Within two days after her visit the staging had begun. The team that she sent to stage the property, was very professional and organized. Everybody within the crew knew exactly what their responsibilities were and worked together flawlessly. Staging for the entire large house with an additional finished basement, took only few hours to complete. There were a few questions that came up during the staging process, which the team members handled with a great readiness, expertise and smile. Around the time we started to look for staging, our funds were already quite depleted after a year-long construction process. The fee for staging proposed by Simply Staging, was already very competitive in regards to other proposals that we received from other companies. However, when Sara found out regarding our financial situation, she gave us additional break on the fees, and throughout the marketing time, was working closely with us on the price and payment issues. I have been in Real Estate for over 16 years and I have seen and worked with many Staging Companies. Simply Staging is by far one of the best and most reliable companies that I have come across. Oh my gosh, I cannot recommend Simply Staging by Sara enough! We decided to sell our rental house (formally our family home), only to find that our renters destroyed it! We were heartbroken, but prepared to sell it "as is" when we were told to talk to Sara first. Sara assured us she could work her magic, and she did!! We did the cleaning/repairs, but Sara and her team breathed life back into our family home! It was BEYOND beautiful! Having their tasteful, attractive furniture and accessories in the home creates emotional appeal for the buyer. ..helps them 'see' how nice the home can/will be for them. It's a selling tool that I highly recommend.I have also found Sara's team to be terrific communicators, punctual, and professional to deal with. I highly recommend them, especially if you have a home to sell in the San Bernardino mountain community (Crestline, Arrowhead, Running Springs, etc). This review is long overdue. I sold my house in Rancho Mirage in 2018. It is a historically difficult market and I live away in Northern California. I was able to coordinate everything via email/phone and saw the beautiful pictures afterwards. In a neighborhood/market where houses typically sat for over 100 days, my house sold in about 30 days at an acceptable price. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sara! First of all, she answers her phone. She gets back to all emails, quickly.
Sometimes within a couple of minutes, even on weekends. Her professionalism was top notch. I interviewed several stagers before passing along Sara's name to my sellers.

WOW!!! Sara and her team did an amazing job transforming my master bedroom from an extra large dungeon of depression to a bright and cheerful luxury retreat that I can't wait to go home to. My husband surprised me with a master makeover and it was the best gift I have ever received! I'm so glad he choose Simply Staging by Sara to do the job.I love design and decor but, have had a total creative block when it comes to our bedroom. It's been on the back burner for a few years while we worked on the rest of our house. Honestly, I dreaded taking it on as it is a huge space and requires a lot of furniture. Over the years I've collected random pieces for function and it was starting to look like a hodge podge of furniture with no real cohesive color scheme or feel.
