If I could give 10 stars I would! My 40th bday was everything I could've hoped for. I gave my vision to Cheyenne and her team ran with it and over exceeded my expectations. I have always put on my own events, but the peace of mind of trusting a true professional to make your special day exactly how you wanted is worth every penny. All communications of all vendues that were involved with the evening was all done by Simply Elegant Events. I didn't have to raise a finger or pick up a call everything was handled, all I had to do was show up and enjoy the evening. And the best of all is that my event started ON TIME!!! What inspired you to start your own business?
Cheyenne’s passion for event planning began very early on when she would plan and execute staple milestone events such as baby showers, weddings, and family reunions for her close friends and family members. From there, her desire to do more and build her passion into a business blossomed. She founded Simply Elegant Events in 2018 and has since helped her clients create baby showers, weddings, birthdays, corporate events and more.

Cheyenne Lespinas has over 9 years of experience in event planning and has executed over 100 corporate events, inclusive of experiential marketing and promotional events. Over the course of Cheyenne’s career, she has produced events for Fortune 500 clients such as Spin Master and Starbucks.

Yes. The majority of the process can be done remotely. We can connect via zoom, phone call, text messages, etc. Based on the severity of need for the planning, I will request that we meet in person. The week before the event, I like to do a final meeting with my clients in person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our team is fully vaccinated. My list of recommend vendors are all vaccinated as well. We also make sure our team carries Hand Sanitizers and masks. We also make sure we follow the CDC guidelines at all times.

Event Design
Once a concept is finalized, our team works on finalizing every detail needed to bring your event to life. We secure and manage the vendor relationships, oversee event creation, coordinate key roles to execute the event and plan all elements with you every step of the way.
Execution / Logistics
