I have known Tania in a professional capacity for several years. I have had the opportunity to receive support from her on how best to help my own clients heal through their trauma. Her skills in working gently and effectively with people who have experienced painful events and coping difficulties is just about the best that I've seen in my own 12 years as a helping professional. She is insightful, compassionate, and very savvy. She is committed to providing her clients with the highest level of quality and regularly ensures that she is meeting those standards. I highly respect her clinical skills and her as a person, and I can't recommend Tania highly enough when it comes to finding someone who will help you walk through the struggles of trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, stress, self-esteem, and more. She is also a great EMDR therapist who utilizes a wide variety of skills to best fit what her clients need. More...

What do you love most about your job?
I love being apart of someone's healing journey, seeing their strength and vitality fully emerge. It creates room for a life that was previously unimagined.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted the freedom to support clients in a way that suited both my stye and their needs. Other settings felt too restrictive for that collaborative spirit to thrive.
Why should our clients choose you?
I do not work from a fixed idea of what needs to happen. Using goals as a guiding star, we address your needs by making room for what is spoken and unspoken. By working with all your experience, it leads to better self-understanding and more informed therapeutic work.
Let’s also experiment. If we want to move away from stuck places, it’s important to try new things and see where it takes us. I invite clients to join me in the spirit of curiosity, seeing what we may uncover or discover together. This helps restrictive rules fall away for more room and freedom.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I offer telehealth sessions for those in the state of Colorado. This is done through a HIPAA compliant version of Zoom.
Providing trauma informed, experiential treatments tailored to your needs
EMDR Treatment
EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a therapy developed by Francine Shapiro that works to reduce significant distress. Through a non-invasive method, it taps into your brain and nervous system’s natural healing process, calming intrusive images, thoughts, emotions, and body sensations.
Psychedelic Assisted Therapy
Psychedelic work can provide symptom relief for those dealing with treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, anxiety, and even end-of-life dread. Psychedelics’ unique chemical interaction on the brain, coupled with their ability to create novel vantage points and experiences, helps disrupt rigid, hard-wired templates of endless struggle. This unshackles the brain’s natural healing capacity, allowing new neural connections to be formed that have staying power.
Gestalt Approach
Gestalt therapy focuses on unhealed wounds, impositions, limiting habits, and labels that make life feel claustrophobic. Through the use of body awareness, visualization, art, and other experiential opportunities, the whole person is used in the healing process. This promotes understanding, increases flexibility, and improves the ability to respond in meaningful ways.
