How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Every client is different. We take the time to fully understand where you currently are at, what you may have struggled with in the past, where you want to be and create a solution that works within your lifestyle. Our most common request is weight loss, and often times people have tried diets in the past, saw some good results, but not too long later they typically often the weight back and sometimes more. The approach we take solves this problem as we focus on sustainability and creating a plan that is right for you.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is having the right strategy. There is a lot of misinformation regarding weight loss and as most of us know, highly restrictive diets are not a sustainable approach for anyone. The proper way to achieve your ideal body is by focusing heavy for a short period on weight loss, then switching over to the proper caloric surplus while still maintaining the low bodyfat we achieved. This needs to be very carefully though and when done correctly, you will be able to sustain your results for life.
What do you love most about your job?
I feel blessed to be able to help my clients reach their health goals and watching that transformation happen. In most cases, their personality changes (in a positive way), you can here the confidence in their voice and it makes feel good knowing I have made a positive impact on someone's overall health and well-being.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started this business due to my own personal journey which led me to helping friends and family, then I got certified as a trainer and nutritionist and it's just been a natural progression.

I believe in the approach to health and fitness because it's worked on myself and many others I have here locally. I've tried the restrictive diets or just not eating in general only to gain the weight back again. The strategy and approach we take ensures you maintain your ideal body composition. The work, however; does come from our clients. Nutrition Coaching + Meal Plans
We provide custom nutrition and meal plans created by a registered dietician based on your lifestyle, habits and preference. We also teach you how to sustain your results without needing to being on highly restrictive diets.
