I worked with Shane for 6 months after having my baby. Due to some different health issues, I had lost most of my functional strength and at 4 months postpartum was struggling to get up from the floor while holding my baby.
I went to Shane and after the first 12 weeks saw an incredible difference. Now, at 10 months postpartum, I'm back to my pre-pregnancy strength and with better form and awareness.
I really appreciate how much I learned. Shane was always really good about sharing why we were doing an exercise, how it would help me, and how I should feel it. I feel prepared now to continue on my own. Something I couldn't do before working with Shane. I will definitely go back to him in the future.

Making sure the client is comfortable and building a rapport. Spend more time getting to know each other and setting smart realistic and attainable goals for each phase of the training.

Consistency is key to any successful endeavor and I like to stress that our persistence will beat the resistance that we are faced with on our journey to our dream body.
What do you love most about your job?
When it comes to training clients, I enjoy teaching and the relationships that you build. The most rewarding part is seeing a client go beyond there initial self limiting beliefs that they had when they started training with me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My professional interests are 100% revolved around my clients goals. I want to help you achieve success within weight loss, weight gain, sports performance, aerobic performance, complete beginner, and so on. I've trained juniors as young as 14 to seniors in their 70's.
