Nothing was “solved”. I’m out $2,150 for this service and the whole point was to recover my stolen inheritance. I have a handicapped adult child who needs surgery and the owner made a lot of big promises but nothing substantive. Also I was pressured to pay the fee before I had signed the agreement with calls using strong arm tactics like “Our team is already working and you have not paid - you signed the agreement now you need to keep your end and pay us.” I said several times “No I have not signed it yet..” Also I got calls saying “We have been working for you for over two weeks” when I had only just spoken with them 4 days prior for first time. I paid Dale Yeager $3,250 to do an investigation into financial fraud. His investigation went on for much longer than he told me it would because he was busy working on other cases and dropped mine periodically. When he gave me the final report and plan of action, there were few specifics, just general information, most of which I already knew. I followed his Plan of Action, writing letters that he approved to a number of different organizations and got absolutely nowhere. I was told that I needed a lawyer to continue. Dale denied this and made me contact them again. I did, to no avail. I wasted a great deal of time and money and am no better off than when I started. I have spoken to several lawyers and was told that unless I had hard data, and specifics such as account numbers, they could not help me. I would not recommend this investigator. Not true. The client did not pay Dale Yeager she hired SERAPH to provide services which we did as per the Agreement. The client was given a customized plan of action which she refused to execute routinely. Her case was rejected by numerous government agencies.

Do not hire dale yaeger. If you have a serious issue that needs the attention of a real professional, you will NOT be helped here. He sits there and sends me two pdf files of which is nothing that he investigated. He starts badgering me with this line of questioning of nonsense and made no sense at all. I later found other sites with this problem on it where the negative reviews were many and they were the same type of crap I dealt with. His reviews for the positive I noticed many of them were almost identical as if to keep ahead of the bad reviews.
A good PI should have no bad reviews.

Next, Dale comes to save himself by saying he gave me what I hired him for. He will say I never hired him or something ignorant to make the customer look like they are the problem. And when you start to ask him why is he doing this and what is his problem because you have no choice but to go ask someone else for help as he refuses to give you what he agreed to give!!! and you get what you were needing from another PI in less than 2 days while Dale is still pretending to be helping you and he never did ANYTHING.

Dale says, "what did you get from your other PI that is different"
Cant even imagine that question, and here it is again, he is not being truthful and what he tries to do is get all this info FROM YOU when he is supposed to be doing that. You end up paying again because Dale is not going to give you anything and he will sit there with his arms crossed and almost defy you,.

Again, if you have something minor and simple maybe but he charges way too much money for simple. if you need the truth and a plan and you need a real person who will help you, you will be very disappointed and very unhappy with what happens because NOTHING is what happens. I am still sitting here shaking my head a month after I paid and have been given The run around and finally just ignored by Dale. You see he sends back the proposal which includes your side of the deal but ALL of the stuff on his side of the deal will never happen and you get this half baked nonsense and he tries to convince you that it could be "identity theft" when identity theft was NEVER EVEN DISCUSSED or asked for>>>

Its bad, the service is real bad, like sickening bad, like you were just robbed by this guy bad, like he wouldn't even show me his license when i asked bad, like gross darkness bad. Like he just annoys the crap out of you for lying and taking advantage of people who have disability and are retired on fixed incomes.

Go away. Run. Fast. DO NOT hire this guy for big important jobs because it is horrible when you realize you were just scammed. Unless you just like to waste money then Dale will clearly help you waste your money and that he is very good with.

At one point Dale says, WE ARE NOT LIKE THE OTHERS LET ME HELP YOU.

This review is a response so that other consumers can make an informed decision for themselves: The response from Dale Yeager in a previous review is untrue. I did not make false statements. It stands to reason I would not pay for an expensive fee to obtain information I needed for a case, and then hinder that with false information. That is common sense. I provided all the information requested of me at the start of the investigation as accurately as possible. I did not make contradictory statements. I will say again, I would not pay an expensive fee for information I needed, and then do something to make that impossible. I gave all the information that was requested of me at the start of the investigation. Our resolution to this has been to file a fraud claim with the credit card company and file a police report to back up the fraud claim. We have done this today and charges are being reversed, so the matter will be settled shortly and he will have to answer to the credit card company and the police report. The matter is closed. Thank You. To consumers: Buyer Beware. I have posted the sample of the background checks we received from more "cost-effective" online services and the report provided by Dale Yeager on a scam review site, so google for that and you can see for yourself there was absolutely no difference, regardless that they used "their own software". Unfortunately, I am not able to give a positive review of this company or the services they provide. I was told in our initial phone conversation that they would be able to obtain certain information other resources could not get. When I received the report they sent me, it contained no useful information to my case. Also, the information in the report was nothing new that I was either already aware of, or obtained from several other "cost-effective" online background check services I had used. They were unable to find the information I needed to help my case. I would also like to express that the person I was working with, Dale Yeager, is very argumentative, and likes to interrupt and speak over you. This was not helpful and a bit frustrating. I spoke with him briefly after sending me the report and he brought something he felt was suspicious to my attention that allegedly he and a associate had noticed about the person I was asking an investigation for. However, on the day of court, the person was able to legitimately verify all the information he claimed was suspicious before we had even brought up in the case. So overall, I cannot recommend the services the company provides. I would advise trying more cost-effective background check services online that you can do yourself, because in my situation, it was the same information, just repackaged. More...
