What do you love most about your job?
What I love most is knowing that when our phone rings, it means someone—whether an individual, business, or community—is seeking a security solution. The best part is having the confidence that before they even finish explaining their need, we already have the right solution in place to protect them. That assurance, and the ability to deliver peace of mind, is what drives me every day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After a career in Corrections, Law Enforcement, Private Security, and Corporate Safety, I saw firsthand what worked, what didn’t, and where many providers fell short. Too often, I witnessed companies motivated more by profit than by professionalism or client care. I knew I could raise the standard by building a firm founded on integrity, dedication, and real expertise. That vision became Sentry Protection and Investigations—and today, I’m proud to provide the professionalism and protection that individuals, businesses, and communities truly deserve.

Our protective services are hands-on and require a physical presence. To effectively deter suspicious activity, theft, and criminal behavior, our security officers must be onsite—visible, proactive, and engaged.
However, many of our investigative services can be provided remotely. For example, skip traces and background checks can be completed without an in-person meeting, allowing us to serve clients quickly and efficiently. Other investigative services, such as surveillance, do require field work. This balance of remote capabilities and in-person expertise ensures we deliver the right solution for every client’s needs.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Just like with any virus or communicable illness, we have always maintained the same standard. We provide sanitizer to our officers and agents, clorox wipes for the patrol cars, and have a policy in place if a associate is ill to remain at home a full 24 hours after symptoms subside.
