Jeff and I started training in January 2023 and we have been consistently working out, 4 to 5, days a week. He is by far one of the most professional trainers I’ve worked with. Getting yourself on the right program can be intimidating and frustrating. Jeff takes away all confusion and clearly covers all aspects of my training from each exercise, technique to nutrition.

Jeff Scavo has been training me ONLINE from the start of Jan 2021. He pays attention to detail. Jeff created a custom training routine for me based on my body type, my goals and my eating habits.
He gave me an overview of the areas we would be working on. Due to Pandemic situation I didnt want to do training in person. So we did all the traings via zoom. Jeff guided me to setup my home envinrment correctly. Now during few days I can do excercises on my own as well.

I follow clean, professional in-home practices and adjust sessions based on client preferences.
Equipment is kept clean, sessions are structured to allow appropriate spacing when needed, and virtual coaching is always available for clients who prefer to train remotely.
