Both our hair and makeup artists were very sweet, however, we ran almost 45 minutes over schedule. The limo was there to get us at 1:00 when we were scheduled to be finished with hair and makeup and we did not finish until almost 1:45. It was very disappointing especially since earlier in the week we were told we allotted too much time for hair and makeup on our timeline. There were only four of us getting hair and makeup done and my hair and makeup (the bride) was the last to be done. I felt like my hair was definitely rushed and looked almost nothing like my trial. The work was fine, but, overall I was pretty disappointed that our timeline was so mismanaged and I as the bride didn’t feel like a priority. When I started to panic about the time neither of the girls apologized for being behind, or really even acknowledged being behind schedule, they just kept saying they were almost done. It got to the point where we couldn’t wait another minute to leave for the venue once I was finally done and we had to leave one of the artists at the house to lockup after she was done packing up her things. The bridal party arrived to the venue an hour late so we missed our opportunity for lunch or any downtime to relax. Sarah and her team were incredible from my Miami wedding. They made me feel so beautiful, from the beginning of the trial to the end of my wedding day. My hair legit looked like a fairy tale movie star situation, it was everything I had hoped my wedding hair would be. They somehow managed to provided hair and make up for about 20 people and we finished not only on time, but even with time to spare - it was AMAZING. I cannot recommend her team enough. Sarah and her team made me and my bridal party feel and look amazing on my wedding day! Steph and Jordan absolutely crushed it - not going to lie, I get very apprehensive about other people doing my hair and makeup, but I’m so glad that I decided to trust their expertise. SDB killed my Cleveland wedding! They were extremely talented, patient with our requests and timing, and bent over backwards to make sure that my wedding party looked exactly how they wanted. Not one bridesmaid had something bad to say! Most importantly, these ladies brought the exact type of energy that you would want in your bridal suite on the big day. They were kind and fun. I have nothing but positive things to say about Sarah and her company. My hair and makeup was better then I could have ever imagined. They turned my vision into a reality and I felt like a true princess on my wedding day. Jenna and Sarah were amazing from helping me decide exactly what I wanted at my trial to absolutely nailing my hair and makeup on my wedding day. I got so many compliments on how amazing my hair and makeup and it still looked PERFECT by the end of the night. Al of my bridesmaids had nothing but great things to say about their hair and makeup as well. They are so efficient and had everyone done in plenty of time! Their secretary was incredible with handling all of the little details including start time, number of girls (I had a bridal party of 11), and everything in between! I was sent a contract and requested a small change: just needed to reduce the number of bridesmaids who needed service on the day of. I've emailed, called, sent messages on IG, commented on some of their posts that I still need assistance, and all I've received is a short message from whoever manages their IG that their bridal coordinator would get back to me. I am so happy I went with Sarah Delanie Beauty for my wedding hair and makeup!!
I rarely wear makeup and didn’t have a vision for what I wanted in my wedding makeup.
During my trial, Emma made me feel so comfortable, asked me questions along the way, wanted feedback after everything she did.. she made me feel absolutely gorgeous. I’m a crier, and everything stayed on perfectly.
I had a rough idea for my hair, and Haley ran with it and I was obsessed! She took my feedback after the trial and adjusted a few things morning of to be absolutely perfect. And my hair stayed the entire night after wind, a little rain, and plenty of dancing.
They were also extremely helpful when it came to planning the morning and getting ready. I had 7 bridesmaids, 2 moms plus me all doing hair and makeup, and I was so worried about the timing. Haley and Emma showed up early, worked with the limited hotel room space we had, and CRUISED through everyone.. we were ready 45 minutes earlier than we told them we needed to be without feeling rushed. Emma even stuck around until after we all ate lunch to apply lipstick on everyone. Such a relief.. and everyone looked and felt stunning! The first girls got their hair and makeup done at 8am and they still looked beautiful at midnight!
I’m so glad I had Haley, Emma, and the Sarah Delanie team as part of my day!

I really enjoyed my experience with Sarah Delaine Brides. The girls showed up early and were ready to start hair/make-up right on time. We had a change in make-up artists at the last min due to COVID and they sent an artist from Miami up, she was incredible. Both girls were very sweet, efficient, and even stayed after everyone was done for touch-ups. I think my one complaint was that it was a bit difficult to get in touch with Marissa at times, there were a couple of times where I waited a few days or even a week to hear back. You need to book Sarah Delaine Brides now. The entire team is amazing! I booked Sarah back when it was her and a very small team, so I had the pleasure of working with her over a couple of years as her team grew. I asked for a few changes from my trial the day of the wedding and she NAILED it. I mean down to the last hair and attention to detail, it was perfect. I also had Jenna as my makeup artist and she is incredible. My makeup was flawless. Both my makeup and hair lasted all day AND it made it through some unexpected rain and MANY happy tears. The team is so much fun and it made the morning of getting ready so much fun. Even the trial was an absolute blast! I’m so excited to have them again for my sister-in-laws wedding next weekend. When choosing hair and makeup for my wedding I found Sarah Delaine Brides from a previous person I knew who got married recently. I thought her hair and makeup was absolutely breathtaking and followed up to get the recommendation. After chatting with Sarah I knew that she would provide the best care for hair and makeup for myself and my bridal party. I loved working with her and her staff – even when I was traveling from out of town for the wedding they made it seamless to set up my trials. Their studio in Canton is so cute and the perfect vibe for any bride to feel beautiful! My hair stylist took my inspiration photos and gave me a style that I couldn’t believe! It was absolutely perfect and better than I could’ve imagined. My makeup was stunning and she was able to give me an elegant and classy look. I have had so many compliments on the hair and makeup since the wedding and have had multiple friends reaching out for their contact to recommend to their friends getting married. The hair and makeup artists came to the Air BNB we were getting ready at promptly and they were able to move through all of the women’s’ hair and makeup efficiently. Better than I could've dreamed! My bridal trial for hair and makeup went smooth and the day-of, Jenna and Haley got through 7 of us for H&MU in 3. 5 hours. The airbrushing lasts all day and was loved by my entire group. For hair, we had all different hair types, thicknesses, and styles. Everyone looked and felt great and we held up for 10+ hours. Sarah Delaine and her team were so amazing for our wedding day! She was easy to book with and available by email, and I love that lashes and airbrush are included in the price. We had a hair and makeup trial prior to the event. I showed them a few inspiration pictures of what I had in mind, and they created a version that fit with my specific hair and face. At Sarah's recommendation, I ended up having her balayage my hair to get the definition in the updo I wanted. It looked amazing! I did not have any worries on the wedding day that everyone would look and feel great. We had myself, the moms, and the bridesmaids all down for hair and makeup, and they were so efficient with time on the day of.
