My family and I cannot be more grateful for the impact Gonzalo has made on our beloved Luna girl. He taught us the importance of communication in ways in which we never could have imagined. Throughout our sessions and use of his K-9 Portal and Youtube channel, he taught us commands and markers that decreased Luna’s confusion to better understand what is being asked of her. As once an anxious and territorial dog, Luna has now been taught to seek guidance in our family and lives a much happier life. Gonzalo has given us the confidence we needed as first- time dog owners through his constant communication and endless support. I am so grateful that I called on Gonzalo when I was in need of help with my pup Leo. The story starts like this...one day I decided to adopt a 70 pound untrained Pit bull that had spent 6 months in a kennel. I named him Leo and knew with all of my heart that I had no idea what I was in for. Leo and I were both extremely overwhelmed from the beginning and it was amazing to have Gonzalo by our side as I learned to navigate the situation. Leo was very hard to manage because of his strength and my fear of his strength. In addition, he had a few behavioral issues that needed to be addressed; mouthing, jumping, getting on his back legs and barking, fear of the crate. Gonzalo and I did all the training work virtually and it worked out great! I would send videos and questions, and he would always respond with feedback. The K9 portal is an awesome tool that I turned to many times, gathering the information I needed or to refresh my memory on things we talked about in our sessions. Gonzalo’s communication was always very clear and he helped me feel at ease with the process. It’s been a wild ride and this dog has transformed over the past few weeks. I am in awe at the progress that has been made thus far, and I am excited to keep training and learning about communication. Love working with Gonzalo! He helped me train my puppy into the good boy he is today. I adopted Tucker at 2 months old, now 6 months, spontaneously and didn’t realize how much trouble I was in until I got home! Gonzalo made me feel so relieved and put together a training plan to help me get Tucker into a well-behaved dog. I needed help with crate training & was able to resolve the difficulties I was having with that in like a day! I wasn’t even able to leave the house without Tucker crying/barking in his crate for like an hour. Now, he goes in there on his own to take a nap. I feel so much better knowing he’s not anxious when I leave. Cant wait to get Tucker enrolled into his pack walks! More...

I’ve been training my pup through video chats with Gonzalo. After just one session, I am more confident in my ability as a dog owner and trainer. Knowing the markers to use throughout the day with my dog has been helpful and I’ve seen a huge decrease in his barking. I have a better sense of when my communication is clear and when my pup is confused about what I want -- and from there have the tools to work with him. The K9 Portal has been SO helpful to reference as I train between our sessions. Gonzalo is also excellent with communicating and making sure everything is going well with my training. Our video chats are not only productive, they’re empowering. Because I can’t rely on Gonzalo to do hands-on training right now, I have to step up and be the leader for my pup. Overall, I think Gonzalo is the best thing that’s happened to me and my pup! He encourages us and I trust all of his knowledge -- thank you, Gonzalo!! More...

This man is a absolute dog whisperer. I am the proud owner of a big headed Rottweiler named forest Finley whom is now two! We met Gonzalo about a year ago when I lived in San Diego with a 5 star recommendation from a friend. I was have some distraction issues when I was walking forest. He would get distracted by people, dogs, birds, leaves and well you get the picture. He would pull on the leash and chase after anything small that blew by in the wind. I felt a little helpless at the time and really couldn’t understand what I was doing wrong. Within an hour of working in the house with forest I saw and felt a huge difference! I chose to leave forest with Gonzalo for a week and forest came back with higher attention levels and a higher drive to work and play! Now living in Maine I still do over the phone training sessions with Gonzalo to help with advice. He changes lives even over the phone! This man is magic ladies and gentleman.
