I have had had trainers and done group training in the past and Jeury is by far the best and most knowledgeable trainers I have ever came across. I did not think trainers could know this much! Not only did he help me lose 20lbs, but as a office worker he also helped me with my tight hips, shoulders and improving my posture. How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Not only is this important for physical health, this is important for mental health as well. Having a healthy diet will give you more energy, reduce stress, reduce cravings, keeps you full longer, helps you sleep better, improve digestion and these are just a few benefits.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We go through a comprehensive assessment where we look at various measurements, posture screening, mobility test, and strength test. Using this information we have measurable metrics to improve on, and we can create a program tailored to the individual.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Building a healthy routine you can actually stick too. Truth is, building the body of your dreams is going to take time, and if you're miserable you're not going to stick with it. Its better to have a routine you enjoy even if it might take a bit longer.
What do you love most about your job?
Having my clients not just reach their goals, but just feel better in all aspects. Reduced stress, better sleep, more energy, and more confidence.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Every gym I've worked at tends to have a low standard for personal training and they only look at clients as just a number. I wanted to build something more individualized, professional, and produces incredible results.

I have 5 certifications with 2 more on the way, I have completed internships, and I have had a mentor for years. I constantly invest in myself to provide the best service possible to my clients because there is always more to learn and I can always be a better trainer.

I've worked with Physical Therapist and spent a lot of time getting mentored and shadowing them to learn effective techniques to include in my training.
*I am not a physical therapist, if your problem is serious, I can refer you to plenty of great physical therapist in the area.
Mobility
If you have low back pain, tight shoulders, tight hips etc. I have worked with PTs to find out what is the most effective methods to improve mobility and actually keep it.
