The phone was answered promptly by a live person, the owner, who was very concerned about our situation and was able to send us a security guard that evening and every day thereafter per our needs for 9 days. What inspired you to start your own business?
Our business started with a passion to help and serve others by providing an excellent service and standing out from others companies. You see, we conducted several "focus groups" and spoke with lots of Event coordinators, Property managers, Business owners, Construction developers and many more in order to really understand what they were looking for when they thought of Security Officers. We understood that each client has different needs, so we decided to properly assess each opportunity and customize the duties and responsibilities of our Officers. By doing this, it allows everyone to have clear expectations of the job at hand.
