we just had our carpets cleaned which was a pretty decent task since our pup went through a spell of peeing in the house. After many attempts of our own to clean it we called RVA cleaning solutions out . they called when they were en route and early based on our appointment time. they came knowledgeable about not only the cleaning process/chemicals but about carpets in general. they truly went the extra mile to ensure they have done a great job. even cleaned more carpet area than we expected/requested without adjusting the cost. hands down an awesome experience. punctual. personable. thorough. knowledgeable. definitely recommend!
