Roxanne is mindful of all, gives good form feedback and fits the bill on all counts. The pool group is lovely friendly helpful gals who welcome and help newbies. 8-9pm tue/thu federal way comm ctr. Helping them connect their minds to their bodies. Moving at their pace so that the mind & body can get used to routine where it becomes part of a natural part of your day.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Knowing it takes time. Getting sleep. Having healthy become part of a routine. Making mistakes but knowing you can get back up because you have me and you are strong.
What do you love most about your job?
Watching my clients get stronger! Looking at the smiles on their face when they walk in stronger and stand taller.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Cost and quality of instructors from the past. Some were great. Some were not. We all have different skill sets as instructors and I realized I could offer a better & efficient way for clients who were a little more intimidated with big box gyms.

Yes, during Covid every instructor developed a skill set with media....online training. I was able to get efficient internet speed and still have kept my online clients acquired from pandemic years.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All protocols of cleaning with 2 air cleaners running 24hrs in my studio.

We go at your pace to form new ways at looking at food. Not to take away but to modify.
