I like Lex's training style. His gym is tiny, big enough to train one person at a time. This really lowers the intimidation factor for someone not feeling good about hauling their fat, untrained self into a gym full of beautiful people.

I recommend Lex very much. Lex really went out of his way to accommodate my busy work/travel schedule. Also, he customized my workouts based on his years of experience and DEEP knowledge of fitness history. I like that he reads and researches specific methodologies and then actually thinks about how to correctly apply them to the person he’s training. Great gym for everyone including seniors, saw real progress and strength gains. Coach Lex's gym has been a positive experience for my elderly parents (both 65+). Initially skeptical and tired after sessions, they've grown to enjoy their time there. Pros: - Tailored approach for different fitness levels - Focus on safe movements and foundational strength - Noticeable improvements in strength and energy The trainer's patience and expertise in working with seniors really stands out. Just finished 3rd sessions, managed to get the rust out of my system. No fatigue, soreness, or reduced motivation during the week. Lex's unorthodox method to fitness is fun, experimental, with a risk/reward feeling. Best thing all the thinking and motivation is his responsibility, my job show up and focus on technique and breathing. Results: -4 exercises with 500 reps, with jog rest periods within 50min. I've been training with Lex Ronin since July/August of 2019 and couldn't be happier with the results achieved. Lex continues to be great to work with, even going virtual during the COVID-19 pandemic shut down of 2020, mixing routines up to stay fresh and interesting while having the maximum benefit toward my fitness goals.
I began as a 67-year-old in reasonably good health who, in the previous year, had lost 60 lbs. and needed to firm up. I also wanted to build up (not bulk up) my upper body strength.
I would highly recommend Lex. Meet with him. Discuss your goals and his methods. Take a trial workout session. Then make your decision. You won't be disappointed.
This is the longest I've continued in ANY formal exercise/training program and plan to continue for the foreseeable future.

I'm a Junior hockey player and this year I've gotten to go to Canada to play! I needed to get stronger with my whole body so I could preform way beyond any other goalie in the league so I started training with lex in April and we trained three times a week! Workouts were always hard work and I never left a session feeling like I had anything left in the tank, he pushed me to my limit and beyond! My big goalie camp before the season was in August and after training with him all summer I was one of the top goalies there and I was keeping up with Division 1 goalies!! Now I'm in Canada and I feel great every time I'm at the gym with the program he has me on and on the ice I'm not as fatigued as I have been in the past and I move so much better and I'm so much stronger on the ice!! When a client learns that getting and STAYING fit isnt at all difficult and they decide to "fly on their own" then I am very proud. Any trainer who truly believes in what fitness can do for the ENTIRE person ultimately wants their clients to become Independent. (But still come visit tho! ha

What inspired you to start your own business?
Once upon a time I used to be the classic "98 pound weakling" who smoked , drank , ate junk food and didn't exercise and with a little help was able to do a total 180. If I Can you then its 110% certain that you can do it too!

No. The best training is done One on One and our experience during Covid-19 was that online training is a poor substitute for live learning.
