Truth be told all of us come here for the right reasons. We look for a company that can help us get our taxes situated whether you owned company, personal taxes, it’s all asking for a little help. In my personal opinion, I felt like my tax situation was not fixable. I reached out to a company called Tax Optima and I will never do it again. No help, months of waiting, lack of communication. James Centner and Rockwater Associates made the activity with the IRS manageable and took all the worry out of our appeal.
I had tried for months to get an IRS agent to respond to my calls with no avail.
I was nearing a date for a hearing and was very concerned and frightened. From our first conversation Jim calmed my fears and jumped right in to solve the issue. He was able to get one issue completely dismissed. A second didn’t work our great but it was made so much easier by great communication and explanation of the situation.
Then Jim was very helpful getting a substantial refund that was due to us that the IRS seemed intent on not getting to us.
