What I love most about my job is witnessing people surpass their own expectations. It's an extraordinary experience. I firmly believe that our fulfillment in life is directly tied to the quality of our beliefs and the level of service we offer to the world. When I work with clients, I feel I'm not just performing a job—I'm fulfilling a calling. If I could, I would coach for free all day long because helping others realize their potential is truly my passion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit—it's in my blood. Throughout my life, I've created and launched multiple businesses. However, nothing compares to the fulfillment I get from helping people through coaching. When I discovered that I could turn my passion for inspiring others into a business, I started immediately. This journey has evolved into the most rewarding way to make a living that I could have ever imagined. I want to help you achieve that same sense of purpose and fulfillment.

What qualifies me goes far beyond my credentials (NLP, Inner Excellence, Disney Institute, etc.). It's the depth of my own struggles, failures, trauma, and the continuous inner work I do to understand myself better. We all face personal challenges and have inner work to do. My extensive experiences have equipped me to guide others on their self-discovery journeys. I can readily identify with the life challenges, high-level performance demands, and relationship issues many of my clients face.
I've had the privilege of learning mental skills and performance training from some of the best coaches in the world. More importantly, over 20 years of coaching have taught me the invaluable skill of guiding people to find their own answers at just the right moment, leading to the most powerful and meaningful transformations.
My unique life journey includes playing professional baseball, navigating the corporate training and sales world, and successfully creating and owning multiple businesses. Twelve years ago, my wife and I sold everything, gave up our home and business, and became officers with the Salvation Army. We ran boards of over 20 people, worked with governors and mayors, and ministered to the homeless and addicted daily. We've gone from Skid Row on the streets of LA to living on-site in an addiction facility for almost two years, running shelters, working with youth, and counseling many couples.
These experiences, combined with my training in NLP trauma relief therapy and other certifications, along with the gift of counseling God has given me, create an opportunity for people ready to be the heroes of their own stories to see real and lasting transformation. You are the hero, and I am blessed to be your guide. Every hero needs a guide to help them break through, overcome obstacles, and live out their calling to impact the world.

I primarily work over the phone and via zoom. It’s very effective. I might even say it is more effective than in person in some ways.

Covid is not an issue with remote coaching; we always take reasonable precautions in person.
