What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people get off medications, or doing things they haven’t done in years. I love seeing them achieve a goal they thought was impossibe.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been a certified trainer for 26 years. I love working for myself and being able to work one on one with a client without them having to worry about someone looking at them.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have 26 years experience training clients. I have worked with people from the age of 16-93. I have had several people lose over a hundred pounds with my most successful client losing 224lbs in 18 months.
