Rhei C. is a one of a kind practitioner and coach. I have had the pleasure to work with her for almost 20 years; so she has seen me through many challenges and changes and has at every turn provided me with guidance and wisdom - and humor which she has in spades! My favorite part about coaching is being gently present with clients, helping them develop loving self-care habits, and helping them release negative events, beliefs and thought patterns that may be holding them back. I love to help clients find ways to regulate their bodies and care for themselves so they can have a place of peace to return to.

Having worked in a high-trauma environment for a many years, I recognized how much ALL of us need deep self-care practices. In some professions, self-care is promoted and valued, but for most people it is overlooked. The truth is, if we don't care of ourselves, eventually, someone else will have to do that work for us. We can have self-care that honors our needs, and still allows us to be present for our careers, families, friendships and relationships in an authentic way.

I have the capacity to truly listen without judgement. To encourage without pressure. To practice unconditional positive regard. To offer a safe space for working through blocks that can transform your relationship with yourself first, and by extension all areas of your life.

I work remotely, but if you live close to New Milford, CT I can see you in my home. Another option, which I highly recommend if you live nearby, is to have your session in the woods, using the added effects of nature for deeper healing and connection.

I see clients virtually, so no special accomodations are made for COVID -19 in that area. As needed, clients can meet in the woods for an outdoor session.

I offer one-on-one self-care coaching that helps you feel more grounded, reduce stress, and move forward with purpose. My work blends emotional healing with practical support — so you’re not just setting goals, you’re actually able to reach them.

Many of us know what we want, but old stress patterns, self-doubt, or unresolved experiences can get in the way. My role is to help you recognize and clear those blocks so your energy is freed up to focus on what really matters to you.

Tools for calming anxiety and regulating your nervous system

Goal-setting with follow-through and support

Guided Yoga Nidra for rest, healing, and clarity

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to process stuck emotions and create change

Mindfulness and body-based awareness for deeper self-connection
