I can’t thank Daniel and revival fitness enough! I struggled for years with my body image and confidence. I was going to the gym everyday thinking I was doing the right things, but man was I wrong. Daniel gave me the support and knowledge I needed to hit my fitness goals in mere months. Not only does he go through the workouts with you step by step, but he also teaches more than just the basics so you can go to the gym feeling like you really have an understanding of what you’re doing. We help you achieve your fitness goals through a very personalized 1:1 coaching program aimed at improving your health and fitness unique to you and your needs.

Everyone has different wants, needs, and desires that must be tailored to them. After 10+ years of training, we've realized there needs to be more accountability, consistency, motivation and customization in a workout and nutrition plan.

This is the only way to achieve long-term results while changing your body and life for the better without repeating that start-stop death loop that often finds its way into health and fitness.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is no secret at all ... it's consistency and sustainability but the secret to those 2 things is customization and flexibility.

We use a method called the 80/20 Bodyblueprint that revolves around 3 pillars: Strong Gym Principles, Flexible Dieting, and Lifestyle Considerations. If you focus 80% of your effort on the top 20% of things that ACTUALLY get you results, you will never have issues achieving the body of your dreams.

There is too much rigidness, fad diets, quick fixes and short-sighted thinking in the fitness industry that leaves people more skeptical than hopeful. When we work with you (something we are very good at), you will learn how to keep the results forever, never needing another workout or nutrition program again.

What I love most about my job is the outcomes we create. Take someone who has struggled with losing weight and building muscle and show them how they can implement a system that creates enjoyment and success inside and outside of the gym.

When they learn how their body works best, how they can cut weight without counting calories or strict dieting, how they only need 45min-1hour in the gym to get the best results possible and how they become their own coaches for themselves and others.

In the end, this isn't a 'fad', it's a lifestyle change and when our clients come to that realization, they experience better attitudes, more joy and excitement, deeper relationships and wealth. It's so exciting to see and really pushes me to serve them better so that they can be better.

I was inspired to start my own business because I experienced much of what others go through. The information overload, the wrong methods, the incorrect habit training, and the search for something better — more effective and efficient methods.
