How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We start with an online phone or zoom call to go in-depth on your experience, goals, past/present injuries, and so much more. Then we create realistic goals to get you to where you want to be. After this call, we will either start our in person sessions or I will create your custom online programming and nutrition. All of my clients fill out a weekly check in form as well as progress photos (if comfortable) to ensure accountability. There is also a monthly check in form that we will go over during another phone or zoom call to get more in depth! It is all about the sustainable changes and figuring out what works best for YOU!
What do you love most about your job?
I love when my clients fall in love with working out and feeling strong. Seeing them feel successful in themselves, gives me the same feeling of success. If you win, I win!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was tired of seeing coaches giving out the same cookie-cutter workouts to everyone and those people wondering why they weren't getting results. I was tired of seeing coaches think that they know their clients bodies best. I was tired of seeing lack-luster effort being put in and I was tired of women not being taken seriously. So I decided to change the course and start a business that follows the exact opposite of what I was seeing.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
With in-person training, equipment is constantly wiped down, the equipment is sanitized thoroughly during after hours and if you prefer, I will wear a mask with you!
