What do you love most about your job?
My passion is helping people to see the unconscious actions become conscious. The title of "coach" implies repetition of the point in many different ways... Remember, the human brain "hates change" and requires a lot of repetition to foster neuroplasticity (the change of change) to take place.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I hated the traditional clinical hour (which is only 50 minutes), which left many clients just as frustrated as when they walk in. In a two hour session, many couples have room to discuss their problems, discharge the energy, and feel better by the end of the session. This works great with single clients as well!
