What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Constancy and care. I don't believe in a dream body as we are in constant evolution. But you can achieve a body you love by putting yourself as a priority and have a focused mindset during your sessions.
The mind/body connection is crucial for results.
What do you love most about your job?
I love when I see my clients figuring something out about how their body work or when they achieve more than what they though could be done. Helping clients build their confidence is a gift.

You can imagine, as a dancer, dieting was part of my daily life. But if I learned something over the years and with my certification is that dieting, is not the answer.
Depriving yourself from certain food will not make it.
Reframing our relationship with food will help you throughout your life.
During our session, you will learn about the fundamentals of nutrition and we will strip away any myth about nutrition.
This is not a meal plan for you to follow but me giving you the tools to build healthy eating habits to fit your lifestyle.
